- 2 parts Southport Amber Rum
- 2 parts Pineapple Juice
- 2 parts Orange Juice
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Splash of Grenadine
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
Method
Combine Southport Amber Rum, juices, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with grenadine and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
