Ingredients
- 2 parts Southport Amber Rum
 - 4 parts Fever Tree Tonic
 - 1 lime wedge
 - 1 lemon wedge
 - Garnish: fennel frond or slice of fresh ginger
 
Method
Add Southport Amber Rum to a cocktail glass with ice. Squeeze and drop in the lime & lemon wedges. Top with tonic and garnish with a frond of fennel or slice of fresh ginger (or both).
