Southport Summer

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Southport Amber Rum
  • 4 parts Fever Tree Tonic
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Garnish: fennel frond or slice of fresh ginger

Method

Add Southport Amber Rum to a cocktail glass with ice. Squeeze and drop in the lime & lemon wedges. Top with tonic and garnish with a frond of fennel or slice of fresh ginger (or both).
